Dear 黃先生,Thank you for the inquiry.There is no validation for the kit to be used for vet purposes.We cannot make suggestions of if it may work or not, since it was never tested. We can only back up the test when it is performed in human samples. You may try to run the test, but there is no guarantee nor assume it will work.Some tips regarding this kit:The strips (with Toxocara antigen) binds with Toxocara IgG, and the 2nd antibody is Enzyme Conjugate (Protein A conjugated to peroxidase). Theoretically, this kit should be able to detect the IgG antibody against Toxocara even from cat, and Protein A binds to Fc fragments of the IgG.As you can see, the antibodies seems not species specific.But, we still can not guarantee it would work as we expect since it was never tested.
